User Rights

Retention period

Data are processed and stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specifically:

– when processing is based on the user’s consent, the Data Controller may retain personal data longer (unless such consent is revoked), up to a maximum of 10 years;

– in case of contract establishment, data will be kept for 10 years after the termination of the relationship for the fulfillment of all legal obligations;

– in case of court litigation, for the duration of the litigation, until the exhaustion of the time limits for appeal actions.
